Iqbal (Ike) Mutabanna
Ike Mutabanna is the Founder of Zane and manages market analysis, business strategy, joint venture partnerships, and investor relations. Ike is a partner in 2,500+ apartment units in Texas, Florida, and other states.
Ike brings C-level business and technology experience from startup ventures generating millions in revenue. His experience has included optimization algorithms, supply chain consulting, promotion yield management, and qualitative market research. He earned a BE degree from the University of Bombay and an MS degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Ike is the host of a podcast show and founder of a platform on group investing strategies in income-producing
assets and businesses with passive income models.
Dustin Howard is a Founder of Zane and manages acquisition, underwriting, due diligence, construction, and property management. Dustin is a partner in commercial assets worth over $50M and has also executed multiple residential home renovation projects in the North Texas area.
Apart from his background in real estate construction and residential assets, Dustin brings C-level business and financial management experience to Zane. He has served as Director of Finance for the over 11 years in a privately held Radio Company. Dustin holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Texas
Dustin is an angel investor in startup businesses and also sits on the board of the non-profit organization Hope4Harper.
Penny Pennington Howard
Penny Howard is a partner in 500+ apartment units, as well as in multiple real estate joint ventures in the North Texas area.
Prior to real estate, Penny was the Director of Operations of a privately held environmental firm where she oversaw daily operations of sales, finance and regulatory compliance. During her tenure in the firm she increased revenues over 500% and implemented strategies to break into new untapped markets. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Management and an M.B.A. from Texas State University.
Penny is the founder and President of the non-profit organization Hope4Harper which focuses on awareness and fundraising for research related to the rare disorder CDKL5. She started the organization to help her youngest daughter Harper who was affected by the genetic disorder CDKL5.

Joe Fairless controls over $460M worth of real estate in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Cincinnati. A native Texan, Joe grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Texas Tech University. He currently splits his time between Cincinnati and Dallas-Fort Worth. He has been investing in real estate since 2008 and, prior to that, was the youngest vice president at an award-winning advertising agency in New York City.
Joe is also the host of the world’s longest running daily real estate podcast, Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, where he has interviewed guests such as Barbara Corcoran and Robert Kiyosaki.
Veena Jetti, Founding Partner at Enzo Multifamily, has 10+ years of real estate experience including overseeing management of $1B+ in real estate assets. Her expertise includes driving corporate growth strategy, asset management, and business development derived from working for multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Her background includes acquisition, syndication, and growth strategy for multifamily assets. She is often a panelist and speaker at various global conferences and radio shows. Veena is also a founder and past board member of a national non-profit organization. In 2017, she spent a lot of her time and focus on aiding the victims of Hurricane Harvey through coordinating emergency dispatch and rescue calls.
Since Harvey, her ongoing rescue work involves helping companies and non profits understand how they can be better prepared for disaster response. Veena has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
